On the bells and whistles new challenge blog there a great prize to win and all you have to do is make a fall themed card with your favorite bells and whistles image. I used cupcake and paired her up with some bling and leaves. I used the sentiment autumn splendor. This card is great for some celebrating there birthday in fall.
